1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" means the 577be website, mobile site, and all services included therein.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who has opened an account on the platform and is using its services.
• "Account" means a personal account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional benefits and rewards granted by 577be.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Account Verification

3. Account Management & Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Always keep your password and login details confidential and never share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Transferring, selling, or handing over an account to another person is prohibited.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or acting as a proxy is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account balance or credits is prohibited.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out on your account.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 577be platform is ৳200 (by any method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• 577be reserves the right to delay or cancel a withdrawal if it suspects any irregularity or fraud.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for a bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the original deposited amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions.
• Bonus cash cannot be transferred to another account.
• 577be reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• By participating in an offer, the user agrees to all the conditions of that offer.
• If bonus fraud is found, the account may be closed.

6. VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

577be's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback per week

You can gradually advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active. VIP benefits apply to individual accounts and are non-transferable. 577be reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Fair Play Policy

577be believes in fair play. The outcome of every game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and not predetermined. It is not possible to know or alter any game's result in advance.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games through software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Placing risk-free opposing bets (arbitrage betting) to meet balance or wagering requirements.
• Any form of collusion or unfair arrangement with other players.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform's systems or network.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding a game result or transaction, contact our support team within a maximum of 30 days. 577be's platform logs and system records will be considered the final evidence.

8. Sports Betting Rules

577be's sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to sports betting:

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 577be will make the final decision.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 577be reserves the right to void any bet where the match result was known in advance.
• All bet amounts must remain within the applicable limits.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by 577be

577be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false or incorrect information is provided.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If the bonus system is abused.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets and bonus terms will be reviewed before the account is closed.
